All Panas88 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all fiat payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency transactions are denominated in MYR equivalent and vary by coin; current minimums are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits via e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow channels are credited to the player's account immediately upon successful bank confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of on-chain confirmations for the respective network. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Panas88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Panas88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is terminated for a reason other than a player-initiated closure, the Company will communicate the reason for termination within a reasonable time where permitted by law.
